Serebro Law was founded by Boris Serebro, Esq., Ph.D. Throughout his legal career, Boris has been representing clients in various real estate and business transactions: office, retail and industrial leasing and sales, development and financing of commercial and residential properties; 1031 exchanges; starting, investing into, buying and selling businesses; forming joint ventures, etc. Mr. Serebro’s clients include entrepreneurs, investors, lenders, business owners, commercial landlords and tenants, real estate developers, financial institutions, not-for-profit organizations and individuals.

Boris Serebro specializes in structuring complex and multi-party transactions, private and institutional lending and equity participation, project financing, as well as in representing foreign businesses and individuals in dealings with their American counterparts.

Graduating a year early from the Pace University School of Law, Boris was an associate at Squadron Ellenoff Plesent & Sheinfeld LLP, where his clients included Lehman Brothers and News Corporation. From 2001 through 2009, Mr. Serebro was a partner in the law firm of Olonoff Asen & Serebro LLP, where he chaired the real estate and corporate departments. Since 2010, Boris has been the managing partner at Serebro Law PLLC.

Mr. Serebro holds a Ph.D. in environmental engineering, particularly valuable to transactions involving engineering studies as well as environmental due diligence and regulatory compliance.

Boris Serebro is accessible to his clients when needed. He takes the pressure of the deal off his clients’ shoulders, stays in touch with them during the entire process, and negotiates the most favorable terms under the circumstances. His clients appreciate his strong business sense and know him as a tough negotiator and skillful drafter of legal documents.
